Yeah odd one. Dunno why they wouldn't finish off the flooring. Makes me wonder "What else haven't they finished?" Video not very good either. Zoom too much throughout making it difficult to get an idea of sense of space which is probably better than what is portrayed. Tour of the engine comprised of a view of the boarding only and it's obvious the cameraman tried to focus away from the hull as to avoid showing the condition of the hull/blacking. Wouldn't trust these guys with a barge pole.
