Ingredients (3 - 4 servings🍝):
My cup volume = 200 ml
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
cook al dente
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
7-8 medium-sized Portobello mushrooms, diced
100 g sun-dried tomatoes
1 glass of dry white wine
Let the wine evaporate
300 ml (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 fl oz) heavy cream (30%)
salt and pepper
Pasta water
70 g (2 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grate Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
