ΠΠ΅Π½Ρ ΡΠΎΠΌΡWe have been living full-time in the our skoolie for about a month now. When we left Colorado and started this new chapter in our lives, we headed south for the full intention of going to #Skooliepalooza.
Once we arrived we didn't know what to expect, but it has been nothing short of amazing. This community is incredible, and the ingenuity that people have put into their builds to make them unique and functional is epic.
We had the opportunity to tour several different skoolies. Although each build has it's own personality and charm, we found a few to have a certain uniqueness that not all have. In this video, Dustin and I share with you 10 unique bus build ideas to inspire you for your #skooliebuild.

The farm table was awesome! Totally didn't see that coming LOL Love the vinyl "sticker" idea too. I'm like hmm maybe I won't have to figure out how to paint the bus lol. π― What Wes said. People back home told me I couldn't do it. I couldn't pay all my normal bills and pay someone to build my bus (mistake lol) and live like this. For the first time in my life I didn't listen to anyone and here I am. I'm the Arizona desert surrounded by amazing genuinely kind caring people! πβ€οΈ

Many great ideas. #1 farm bench is doable in my Class A I may give it a go. #2 door latch could be done with regular door knobs. #7 Bunk bed storage took me back 40 years to when I was in the Navy. We had those type of beds. They were stacked 3 high. I will have to watch this video several times to absorb it all.

Oh yay!! Thatβs so exciting, congrats!! Skooliepalooza is located in Arizona every year near Quartzite. This year it was outside of Ehrenberg, which is only about 30 minutes from Quartzsite. They usually host it in January. If you follow Skooliepalooza on Instagram or Facebook, they should put out the info as to dates, times and location for next year as it gets closer. wow, thanks the lifting bed idea and roof deck idea I think I want to do with my bus. my bus is freebird, a 1998 international 3800 bluebird. bird was a 71 passenger but more seats leaving as I get time. I bought bird from my high school. any 3800 owners have any idea why some of its gauges dont work when running. and it shows it's not charging with new alternator. and 8 way flashers not working, I pulled master with door open.

Remember too though that in a house, an apartment or a bus the heater goes out, the a/c takes a crap or the roof needs replaced.
