It takes several years and many specialists to develop and test a new drug and there's very little in profit if few need it. Most drugs do not make it to market and all the work and costs are down the drain. Such is life.

The provincial government has defrauded even a few $100 per year for the medical care prescribed by the physician which is COVERED by the public health insurance and the payment for it was supposed to be processed during 24 hours. They deliberately have failed to pay for it to cause more BARBARIC DISCRIMINATION/RACISM and ongoing aggressive BARBARIC RETALIATION, carrying on their persecution, more torturing, causing more pain and more suffering etc. and deliberately to MURDER this person TOO by any means. It has been happening in Canada while Health is a fundamental human right etc.

Not proscribed medication. You can get it cheaper if you are low income. In some cases, like mine, very expensive medicine is free. I don't know why but I'd be dead without it.
