This is my first reaction ever on UKposts. I’ve been practicing meditation for a few years now and chakra meditation since last month. I learned it in Nepal and wanted to practice at home. I’ve been trying a few but this one… I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I was out of my body for real. It literally felt like I was on an mdma trip. The energy was running through me and I was somewhere else. Absolutely loved it! ❤

This is Really Intense. While focusing on the Crown chakra, I saw myself sitting in front of Mahadev and meditating. I burst into tears of joy. I can literally give up my life to have this moment sitting in front of Mahadev & meditating with him.

Wow, this guided chakra balancing meditation was exactly what I needed! I could feel a deep sense of calm and inner peace throughout the entire 15 minutes. Def gonna try this with my boyfriend! Listened to the first 10 sec and immediatelly felt a connection with this meditation video!
