I remodeled homes for over 25 years. A kitchen needs a utility/broom closet, a pantry for food storage, a butler's pantry for dishes and a minimum of 9' of counter space. If you can incorporate drawers, it makes for a much more efficient and comfortable use. I do not recommend bars and bar stools. They are awkward and single use. I like a table and chairs in front of a window for eating. Also, things get lost at floor level in deep cabinets with doors. Paint the inside of cabinets white and install puck lights inside and under the top cabs. Wishing you good luck on your project.

I have a 67...everyone said to burn it. Now they are flabbergasted hoe great it looks...took 3 years. My #1 suggestion is to make sure it is balance before you start hangin walls etc.

Make the counter all one height. It gives you much more counter space.

Front room off the kitchen can be a Laundry and Panty room. The wall with the cabinets and desk can be pulled out to place pantry shelves. I'm with you, don't need dining room if you have stools. I eat on my sofa with the perfect size board on my lap and a kitchen towel on my chest that falls to the board on my lap. Works great. Try Not to use Black or use as little as possible. Black makes rooms look smaller and black gets old looking very fast in a home. Light flooring too or medium to light.

I have that same trailer but a 65 and without the master bedroom and a little bit of other slight differences. Check under your tub to make sure you don't have a gap around your sewer pipe. When I bought mine they had a rodent problem. When the plumbers replaced the sewer line with pvc, they cut too much out around the pipe making a perfect runway for mice and rats to get in under the tub. Then they have access to the tunnel that the electric and plumbing are in all the way down to the kitchen. Since I covered the gap with wood I haven't had a problem .

that spot in the back of the kitchen might be for a washing machine or dish washer

Seems like the renovation is going to cost a bundle, more than just replacing the old trailer with a newer trailer that is in better shape.
