I've been on the deep web a few times. The best way to go about it is to 1. Have a desktop so you can pull the plug at any time, and unplug your webcam. 2. When you're on a site that disgusts you, just remember that it's a business. If people ask you if you enjoyed the content, just say you did, and if you said you didn't, say you respect their business and just am not interested. 3. The most important thing of all, be calm, think before you say something insulting or stupid on the deep web. Besides these things just follow steps on how to secure yourself, talk to the right people, and generally stay within your own limits.

I've heard the 2nd story from another narrator, but hearing it again made it come off awkward. This kid was traumatized by his first encounter so badly that he literally moved in with a friend and changed a lot of his info. He also got the police involved. That first encounter should be a fairly well known event in his life to both his family and friends. So it seems really strange that people would be shocked if his computer was hacked and it live-streamed that gore video to his family and friends. His mom should have been less "What kind of person are you?" and more "Oh geez, my son is getting harassed by these internet hackers again..."

When they sent the stream to his family and friends, my heart sank to my feet. It was bad enough that he witnessed such terror, but when he realized the extent of what had been done to his reputation, I had a legit *panic attack*

That line: “if everyone just minded their own business, the world would go around a great deal faster than what it does” was an exact line someone had in a play I did last year, Alice in wonderland. Don’t know what I thought of that, but slightly creepy, same with most of the other lines. Ik the person probs just got the lines from the play so no big deal, anyone can do that, but still creepy when it’s coming from this story

I browsed around the "tor" and going through various "onion" sites. i saw alot of weird shit...I still think my old phone was hacked because after I bumped into a room I should've been in, I kept getting random calls every day for the 2 weeks, after a while I would actually listen to the background of the caller and it sounded as if he/she was watching wrestling. After a few days I heard giggles when I would curse at the caller. they wouls call at the same times, 3 times a day at 2 pm 2 am and 3 Am. when the calls began it must have been around 2 pm right after i iterally unplugged the desktop from the power source.
