like you would connect any other bluetooth device. disconnect them from your switch (easiest to just have the switch off and take the joy cons) there’s a little circle button on the inside of the joycons on the part that connects to the switch add a new bluetooth device/get your ipad ready for pairing and then hold down the button on the joy con until the light on the joy con comes on (you’ll do it one joycon at a time) then when the ipad picks it up just press connect. it’s really simple

if you mean nintendo games on ipad and not just the joycons then you need a capture device for that and to hook it to the switch dock and to the ipad and have an app that lets you use the capture card on ipad, also there’s so many tutorials on youtube for it

Yeah

idk, depends on what you are studying. i’m in pre med school, i can’t imagine that i’d draw figures, organs and write chemical reactions faster on mac. if you’re something like literature or economics student and you need to do more written papers and presentations - laptop is probably better. the choice is depending on one’s needs )) i use ipad on the go and pc at home to do heavier stuff or organise apps on desktop versions.

​@@hades3708 ive been thinking of buying an ipad exactly for this reason 🥲 im in premed too and there are a lot of readings to be done and annotations. you have to encode sometimes but you only need a simple word processor for that. in labs people without tablets are in a disadvantage because photomicrographs are often passed around.
