Advantage is: it can downshift from 9th to 4th instantly, or 7th to 2nd. Other thing is, gear changes are instant, as the next gear is already ready to lunch, with its own multi-clutch plate. Disadvantage of this gearbox is: sometimes moving from the traffic lights (slowly starting to move forward), I can feel solid gear change from 1st to 2nd.
