A cat hull design from SeaHunter this vessel provides a dry, smooth ride and is ideal for offshore angling. The boat we boarded was equipped with quad Yamaha 425 XTOs - a popular choice, and one which provides easy cruising speeds in the high 40s. However, she can also be rigged with a number of other power options including quad Mercury 450 racing engines or Twin 600HP V12 Verado engines. Reportedly the twin 600HP engines provide excellent handling and fuel consumption, but the power you choose depends on upon your personal preferences and brand affinity. The aft cockpit comes loaded with 3 livewells, including two 50-gallon livewells, tackle storage and plenty of deck space for tournament fishing. She also has fresh & saltwater washdowns, center transom door and more rod holders than one might even desire. At the helm standard options include dual 22-inch Garmin touch screens encased in carbon fiber, Yamaha Joystick controls, heavy duty hardtop, trim tabs, florescent spreader lighting, combing bolster & leaning post. An upperstation gives you a second control station ideal for spotting fish. The center console has plenty of space for a head and extra storage and the bow area has amply room for fighting fish as well as comfortable seating options.
