Sound on! I have taken a new spy video of a less disguised Mercedes-AMG E53 prototype during endurance testing on the Nürburgring. So far the Mercedes-AMG E53 was only testing in full camouflage, but AMG has taken some of the wrap off. The Mercedes-AMG E53 will be the most powerful version of the new E-Class. The latest rumors point to the new E53 adopting a plug-in hybrid powertrain built around a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6.

I hope not! It would be very disappointing if they kept the 429 horsepower and didn't raise it and only raised the torque. The 2024 E53 Sedan needs a lot more horsepower or they will lose customers.

@@daniyar_ala That would be awesome if it has that much horsepower. Hopefully the torque will also be a lot more than it has now. Keep me posted on if you hear any thing else.

Very disappointing sound if combustion cars should all sound like that we can drive Bev or diesel as well, for me it's all about the sound !

@@darvinmilevic7418 It is definitely the E53. The V8 will not be returning to the C/E class. There were rumours, but they were denied by the CTO.
