Been a NASCAR follower since 1996. I have seen some competitive races during that time, but this race was a MASTERPIECE. Near constant 2, 3, and even 4 wide PACK racing on a non-restrictor plate track start to finish. About as close to racing perfection as you can get.

The final lap, coming off of turn 4. It was Suarez on the outside, Kyle Busch in the middle and Ryan Blaney on the inside. Don't this remind you of the movie Cars when Lightning McQueen popped both rear tires? The King and Chick Hicks coming in fast to making it a 3 way tie.

Atlanta has always been one of my favorite tracks. With speeds and packs similar to the big tracks like daytona and dega but on a smaller and much quicker scale.

I saw that someone made a comment about how half the field has damage and that's the only reason Suarez won. I mean come on the man had damage since lap two and still won. Whoa. This must've been a good race if the fans all agree for once. This has to be the most positive reaction to a NextGen race I've seen so far! But as for the race, I didn't get to see it except for the finish. Man, did I wish I could've caught the rest of the race beyond some highlights, and now I can!

Please advise a forecasted calender of such, with times and dates of full replays. Some races are being replayed 2 or even 3 week post race so becomes old news 🤔. Thanx in advance 😎👍🏽

As a modern NASCAR fan, you wonder how these drivers could possibly create another historic moment. Or if the race you are about to watch is going to be something you'll even remember down the road. I've seen quite a few races that I'll never remember simply because they were run of the mill. Same Winner, Same strategy, same everything. But this race felt dangerous from the drop of the green flag. There was no clear cut winner at any point in the race because they were all over each other. And the end had me out of my couch jumping like I was actually at the track like I was at Martinsville in 2023 and Bristol in 2021. 100% Certified NASCAR Classic.

I allso wanna say,that nascar did a great job by making a super speedway ,where you had to lift the throttle sometimes,when entering a turn.If daytona and talledega where a bit quicker,then they van create the same there.But...who am i.

In theory this is a short track restrictor plate track I wonder if they could take it a bit further and run restrictor plates at a place like dover 🤔

I saw it at Daytona too, but these cars look unstable as all get-out. Not sure if it's new paving here or off-season package adjustments, however the racing hasn't suffered for intensity. Still a bit hinky overall.

Ford seems to have this “thing” about being too controlling over certain things..especially drivers. Did anyone watch Ford vs Ferrari? Granted it was a movie, but the SHR/Kyle Larson situation from 2020 seems to be eerily familiar to the issue that Carroll Shelby & Ken Miles faced when dealing with Ford. Don’t recall hearing of any other manufacturer being so controlling about who drives their cars🤔 hopefully SHR switches back to Chevrolet or maybe Honda? The conversation about Honda joining NASCAR seems to be picking up steam!!

Gilliand brake checked the whole field and ironically the only guy out was Alex Blowmen, who caused both wrecks at daytona, one that led to the last lap yellow that stopped kyle bush's badass run coming up the middle at daytona and Alex's teammates bs win, kyle should have 2 wins, he always gets screwed, and omg pit penalties, kyle would have 30 more wins easy ugh! His pit crew!
