I know it isn't for everyone and that it doesn't solve all you problems, but talking to someone and figuring out what affects you can really help clear your head. People like him have been through so much trauma and not only does it bottle up over time, its a lot to go through on your own.

Omg! My daily routine is listening to my gospel every morning. This morning I was driving my van and did not have blue tooth capabilities to listen. As I was driving I was channel searching and decided to listen to the Breakfast Club. While listening to 21 talk about his life including the one that stuck out to me was his father. I had to pull over to the side of the road, cause I got goose bumps listening to him tell the story about his relationship with his father. When I say it was no one but GOD who wanted me to hear this story. It's nice to know that there are still good people out here who do not hold grudges against their parents for not being in their life and still want a relationship with them. Can I get an Amen? 21 bless your heart and soul for being as humble as you are in regards to the relationship between you and your father. It takes a Godly man to say and feel the things that you have shared today on the Breakfast Club.
