For the mango and chilli flake combo, it's a very Filipino thing, they would get salt and chilli flake and get very young mango still green and all and dip it into the salt and the chilli flake, it actually slaps, I've tried it and it's great

Banana and mayo is actually really good lol. We mush up the banana and mix in with Mayo and put it between 2 pieces of bread. It's sooooo good lol.
