12 year old Danny accidently made a psychological thriller where the horrors of addiction are represented through a tiger with a hammer.

Genuinely pretty solid plot. Introduced characters at a reasonable pace, sets up the tiger with the hammer and then explains him in a reasonable situation, nice conclusion with the kid finally hitting level 60 and snapping, LOVED the plot twist with the receptionist being in recovery. I'm very impressed with a bunch of 12 year olds writing this!

Ngl it wasn't even that bad. The editing was weird and inconsistent, and the camera was shaking a lot, but the storyline was pretty solid, the addicted gamer character rebelled against his addiction, and representing addiction as an anthropomorphic tiger with a framing hammer is... an interesting choice

I did a school project with my friends in 8th grade where we were to record a scene about taxation without representation. My friends and I, instead of recording ours in class, all came to my house and we recorded in the woods behind my house. We screwed around a lot but eventually got a good *mostly* serious take. We were kinda worried to show the final product to class, being mostly loners, so my friend didn’t end up bringing the video to school until a week later so the teacher wouldn’t show it in class. That would have made it an automatic D or lower but he also sent her the outtakes. She apparently enjoyed them so much that we still got an A-
