This music had helped me get through my traumatic delivery of my preemie baby almost 10 months ago. It’s very soothing and calming. I was in the hospital fighting for me and my baby’s life due to preeclampsia (dangerous pregnancy complications). The medical team had to induce me at 34 weeks pregnant in order to save my baby as well as my life, and this music had been playing all day and night until my baby boy was born. We both made it ❤️

Giving myself credit and love has been one of the most frustrating things I have to deal with every day. I don’t feel like I deserve my own appreciation of the person that i am. I hope one day I’ll find the will to love myself.

Without even realizing im crying right now i cannot sleep and search for instrumental music to relieve my stress and to come down and i found this song and makes me more cry again and realize for acceptance, i have a hard time today but i put everything to god my faith with him and accept whatever trials i may encounter have definitely ending maybe not now but it will come, im still grateful that im healthy my husband is supportive even I’ve been a through a lot of rejection i know time will come at the right time and that i should be thankful for.
