A friend of mine asked me if I had ever been Camping? No! Why not? While growing up Dad worked as much Over Time as he could down at the Rubber Plant to pay the bills & to put food on the table. I'm the Baby Girl of 4 older brothers. I understood why Dad worked a lot. My Mom was busy with 5 kids. She was in her 30's. 3 sons were her step sons. They went Camping a time or two. Mom said I was to young to go. By the time I got old even to go I was too busy working & being a Mom. Looking back I don't blame My Mom for saying No. I would have too. Camping with 4 teenage boys and a younger daughter would be a nightmare not a vacation or fun.. Now that I have heard a lot of Scarry Camping Stories I'd rather Camp out in my bed listening to the stories as I relax. Thank you for these stories & all the hard work put into them. Keep up the good work.

I have heard so many things like these stories and I had my fair share of creepy experiences, still, my love for Nature is greater than anything and I don't think there is anything that could make me stop going in the woods and eventually living there

I too love the rain in Darkness's vids but i also love the rain on leaves or on the overhead canopy of trees, it has the best sound, Not too noisy but a mellow fuller sound thats so utterly comforting. I only realised this because just 2 days ago & out for an after festivities walk through the wood behind our house, the heavens opened & the rain to beat all rain descended! Straight down sheet rain like heavy silver brocade curtains. We dashed to what tree leaf cover we could find & huddled around the base. It was gorgeous... all cuddly family together & this wonderful sound of the heavy rain bouncing off leaves & branches, we all said the same, the sound was so comforting, like Mother Nature nestling us in her arms & shushhing us. I swear we were almost hypnotised & so protected. We were really sorry when the rain stopped & we had to head back. There wasnt a drop of rain on us either despite the usually bare autumnal tree cover yet where we were was unusually leafy. Genuine, group Bliss.. all for free, cant buy that kinda feeling. I live near the area of the New Forest mentioned in story 1, been there many times and its an amazing place. People need to be educated on the risk of asphyxiation in tents with gas burners etc... RIP

I remember about 3 months ago I went camping. It was my brother and aunt and uncle and it was raining that whole weekend and why we decided to camp during a rain storm is beyond me. So it was about 11:45 and the storm came. Jesus Christ, being in a tent during a lightning storm with 20 mph winds is scary. My tent was the only one that didn’t flood.

A beautiful Kitty Kat! 😻 I love Katz and have 5 all but 1 are rescues. One, BellaBlue was a Christmas gift from my Honey. Buddies just came to our home as a Kitten, and my Doggies were playing with him... so needless to say we took him in. Then there is Shadow, who was left when his owners moved from their Appartment and left him there! My Niece called me and of course I took him in. Then there is Simba who was dumped at a Gas Station I frequent. He had been there all day until closing and the Store worker said he was trying to get someone to take him home. So I brought Simba Home. The last one, Milo was just a baby kitten that was still nursing. I kept hearing a small kitty kat crying for hours. Thinking the Moma cat would come back, I waited and waited. Then as it became dark and the rain started coming down, I went scooped him up and took him in as well. I had to feed him with a dropper every 2 hours and now he is almost a year old. I took them all to the Veterinarian to be fixed and to get their shots. At different times of course, but now they live spoiled comfortable lives. My Doggies all get along with our Katz.

For a few seconds I doubted my sanity until I realized that the Rain video just is a few seconds long and runs for- and then backwards in an endless loop X3 I knew that the rain looked normal at the beginning and noticed then, somewhere in the middle, as I looked back onto the screen: Wait... the water is flowing upwards?
