I would love for someone to make an actual titanic vr experience. Being able to go through all the rooms and floors and being on deck while it's sinking. That'd be a lot of time and effort and whoever made it would deserve a lot of pay. But I'd pay for it.

Titanic: Honor and Glory is doing exactly that but it is taking a long time due to the pure size of this project. My guess is that it wont be done until a few years or even more have gone by but there are demos where you can walk around parts of the ship.

While this idea for a VR that lets you be part of a historic moment isn’t bad on paper, I can’t help but feel that this disrespects all the casualties on that ship and those who were traumatized by the experience. The commentary gets on my nerves. One, it isn’t necessary. And two, he’s sounding like he’s having the time of his life. The Titanic incident isn’t a joking matter, and it was a tragic moment that shouldn’t have happened at all, resulting in innocent people dying for no reason.

Well, firstly I have to point out now, that the real Titanic didn't sunk in less than three minutes. So I'm just wondering, where that "real time" in the title comes from? That's a rather misleading title, when the video is only about two minutes long, instead of the more realistic two hours. I really expected to see a video whose length (and therefore also the duration of the ship sinking in the video) would have been at least somewhat close to the original, but still I didn't see anything like that. Quite a disappointment.
