Not a long story. As you might know I drive a Harley and when we were at an event in Faak am See I bought this hat because my collogues said that I look much better with it than without. And who does not want to look good ;-)

@@AndreasSpiess When I did the Nufenen I was camping so I had a fully laden bike. Very difficult! It’s a shame you didn’t get to Montreux. When I first went in 1980 it was fantastic, but it went downhill after Quincy Jones was involved, and now that Funky Claud has gone it’s all over, really. I think I was last there in 2006 and it had lost the magic then for sure. But in the 1980s-early 90s it was the best.

@@AndreasSpiess ah yes, about 15 years after my dad. He was HB9AET, his good friend Konni Heinz/HB9UP I think was one of the guys that ran the shop for the Red Cross back then, most of my dad’s Morse peers were HB9AE* series.

That is what I found out over the years. And in my age, not many summers are left to enjoy...
