Try to remember that they are human just like you, and they are likely hyper-focused on themselves as opposed to you. Forbidden Fruit this is crazy. I’m sitting in a beautiful field right now listening to this, in the mountains none the less! So mountains all around me but I’m laying in a giant area of grass between them and just got done with a run laying here with my shoes off and meditating. Feeling connected to earth. I was also just letting the sunshine help me with a protection of happiness around me. It is very peaceful and uplifting. Reading that I felt so weird cause I’m literally here right now lol and there’s a few nearby houses I hear dogs barking. One headphone in and one out so I can listen to both this and Mother Nature. Also this could be just a migraine but I’ve never had one so I’m not sure exactly, but it could also be my third eye. I have great pressure in between my forehead and eyes
