The other team likely won't rebuild because they're run by dumb front office, or specifically, the Warriors would retool around Steph. Should they rebuild? Absolutely, but it won't happen

Can't see the Hawks blowing it up unless they can get their picks back from the Spurs. Otherwise they'd effectively be tanking to get the Spurs Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey, AJ Dybansta, or Cameron Boozer.

Warrior fan here, Steph Curry cannot carry the team like years ago. Green is also becoming a liability (Knicks game) imo they don’t believe they have enough to compete. As for next year? I don’t see them contending either but I’ve been spoiled the past decade, so that’s okay. Two things I am excited about is JK and TJD’s development

If i were the Hawks, i'd love myself a deal with the Spurs. Spurs desperately need a good PG and either Tray or Murray would fit just fine with Wemby. Especially Tray! SAS have plenty of picks to satisfy the Hawks and they could "sacrifice" Vassell (amongst others) to give their new FP the boost he needs, which is better passes and a seasoned star to help carry the load offensively. Hawks with Vassell would get a backcourt duo that seems like a much better fit (him and Dejounte), maybe a role player or 2 and most importantly picks to give em a future.

Even if Bulls trade Zach and let DeMar, they still will be play-in team! Coby-Ayo are already too good to be a lottery team.

As a Warriors fan, this is the most indecisive front office in the league which is run by blind faith. This was the same with Meyers and remains the same now. They will do nothing and simply waste Steph Curry's last few years. I hope Steph asks for a trade and leaves because he isn't winning anything if he continues to play for this poorly run front office.

Sixers are not in trouble for the near future. They are set to resign Buddy Heild and probably Robert Covington for cheap since he's been hurt. They don't need to sign a 3rd star, they need to sign a couple decent role players around Embiid and Maxey. That's what the Bucks did around Giannis and Middleton, and what the Nuggets did around Murray and Jokic. Maxey has shown great improvement every year, he might be a top 15 player by next season. And Maxey will be signed to a 5-year max this offseasin after the role players are signed. Embid won't leave until the end of his contract or beyond while playing with a star like Maxey. He's made it clear he wants to win here. I think we see a Hakeem Olajuwon-esque career for him where he wins a title or two in his 30s after being seen as someone who can't get it done up to this point

i disagree with the golden state warriors, as they are on a two timeline schedule, with a solid core and promising rookies. What the warriors need to do is allow the youngsters more minutes during the regular season and move the primary core like they did with Klay, Steph, Dray, Looney, to the bench making them the most lethal bench in the NBA

I’d take Philly out and put the Nets in. While Philly’s situation isnt great, their core isn’t that old and Embiid is one of the best players in the league. The Nets, like the Hawks and Bulls, have absolutely no direction.

You’re so wrong about the Warriors. Curry and Green are under contract with the same timeline, and I believe Kerr’s extension is aligned with their contracts, too. Klay isn’t going anywhere. He said he wants to stay, and it looks like he’s figured out his old-man-game. He’ll get re-signed on a contract with the same timeline. The Warriors would love to dump Wiggins’ contract, but no one wants it. JK is untouchable. No one wants Moody, not even Kerr, but he’s still on his rookie contract, so he’s not going anywhere. I’d rather see him start alongside JK than Wiggins. I think the Warriors would be foolish to trade Podz, unless he’s part of a package that brings in someone like Mykal Bridges (I don’t see that happening), and they would be insane to trade TJD.
