I got scared while watching this because my phone just kept pausing or turning off and I'm in my room alone and I'm staring at my phone when it happens.... I also have a ghost in my house, pretty nice one though. We are like roommates, he appears when you are alone to "comfort you" I think, you can hear footsteps when your alone and things opening in the basement or things being thrown around in the kitchen but he isn't all that bad.
