I tried to make a lego once out of legos. I eventually perfected it to the point that I could create one using just one lego.

The most impressive thing about it is how the LEGO police hasn't caught him yet. These builds are so illegal on so many levels. I'd also like to notice how good editing is on these videos. Makes them easy to follow as well as they keep going forward and never get stale. Subtle things like this are often underappreciated.

How long do these creations last? Ive been thinking of attempting one of the bigger ones as a wall accent piece, but am concerned it may break over time without lego glue or something like that. Any advice?

I like that whenever he did a ‘final product’ shot, I would think, “cool but what if you kept going?” And then he would do just that.

My favorite part of these videos is when he finishes a section and then slides in 5 duplicates of it. And then he uses those to build a thing and you think it's over, but then he slides in 5 *more* of the thing. I want a video of that part happening over 8 hours to build some kind of fractal nonsense.

Should just start calling these "LEGO Origami". The way you make a basic shape and then just keep adding them together reminds me a lot of some of the origami I've done.

If you top them with tiles you can use this as a rail system for homemade lego monorails using power function motors and tired wheels to grip the track. It's been done before, but that system was two bricks wide with the same methods.
