I have a lot of respect for the good and ethical cops. Dealing with calls like this and putting themselves at risk to save others. Bad apples in every bunch, but that doesnt mean the whole bunch is necessarily bad.

I have a real Police horror story. Around two years ago I was staying the night at my boyfriend's house. I was sitting in this bedroom when I thought I saw what looked like an older man, staring through the tree into the bushes. I screamed and my boyfriend came into the room, and locked the doors and windows and called the cops. We left the room and stayed in the next room over and waited for them. No more than 10 minutes later, the bell rang, and we heard "Police, open up!" I let out a sigh of relief and my boyfriend went to open the door. He reached for the handle and stopped himself. He froze and moved over to the window and peaked through the blinds, and saw there were no cars and no sirens. He didn't have a peekhole in his door, so he couldn't see who was outside. We ran back up the stairs and sat while he banged on the door. It was at least another 15 minutes until we heard cop car sirens, and ran down the stairs to see red and blue lights spinning through the window.

The only thing that makes me kinda legitimately scared, is the slightly moving images that change every once in a while. It catches me off guard.

When you are so Scared that you want to call the police but, you are the police...

The twist in the first story was the first time I've ever gotten chills because of a scary story, true or otherwise. Letting your guard down then finding out doing that put you in more danger is one of the scariest things

Whenever I think of a cop or police officer, I always think of a big guy who is scared of nothing and will do anything to protect me. But, as I was listening to these stories, the more I realize that police officers are normal human beings. They're scared shitless as well and they could easily get killed as much as the next guy. Sure, they're trained to handle a gun and to handle these types of situations, but they're still normal human beings. Very weird to think about.

I really feel for police officers. Hate that a small minority of them give the majority such a bad name. Being a cop is a thankless job. Having to deal with mentally ill people, doing welfare checks in creepy places, having to investigate 911 calls saying they're seeing activity at abandoned places, having to enter into crack houses. Just watch the police cam video of when Frederick, Colorado PD go to search the Watts family home at night. How scary is it to be "alone" guarding/looking for activity in a certain area of a house. Respect to police. 99% of the time, they're protecting us.

Is it just me or do cops need something to guard there neck, like a Kevlar thing but for the neck, so they might have a chance against neck shots and won't have anything bad happen to their throat, like it may give them a chance about anything that might happen.

I have been watching this man for like 4 years man good content

My dad was a firefighter back in the 80s and 90s. One day there was a huge pileup on a highway outside of the Oklahoma town he lived in. There was probably more than 100 cars and half of them were on fire. He said that the screams from people burning alive and the sights of chard skeletons sitting in the seats were the worst thing he had ever seen or heard of. It’s terrible the things they have to see.
