My recipe for avocado toast: 1. Check your bank account and if you have a comma then talk with a mortgage lending agency, I recommend at least 3-5 for comps. 2. Get an estimated estimate of the estimated amount of estimated value of home you can estimate, sorry buy. 3. Get a pre-inspection done, seriously don't skip. You might need a new roof, new water heater, or a new furnace, then negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. 4. Check HOA addendum if any. 5.
