Please use waste plastic instead of cardboard. Lower the pollution. Side benefit is the puzzles lasting longer time.

That seems like a bad idea. People always lose pieces. It is better to lose a cardboard piece than a plastic one. In addition, waste plastic is not always greener. It is hard to source and hard to convert. And finally the number of molds it would required would be a huge financial and environmental waste.

@@SandraSdt85 seems you misunderstand my point. These plastic boxes should be taken back to refill after delivered good. You know they driver from production to the shop. Why not take the boxes with them back to be used again without produce new over and over again as they to with cardboard. A lot of procession could be spared by simple logic.

@@nickeypetersen5622 I do understand your view on having reusable packs. But with the current supply chain, your proposal is worse for the environment. Trucks do not go back to the plant empty but rather go to their next pick up spot (except if Ravensburger have their own trucks which I doubt). In term on improvement and feasible right now, I think downsizing the boxes would be better. You would save on packaging material and number of trucks. I am pretty sure the content of a 1000 pcs puzzle can fit a box 4 time smaller than current.

@@SandraSdt85 I don't get your point of view. Why can't it be resuable

@@SandraSdt85 it seems I don't fully understand you. But they come back with next delivery. So my thinking is why not use the same boxes. Doesn't matter if it plastic or not. Just know it's scary with this unnecessarily use when they deliver to supermarket, and drive back to get new delivery. It's a waiste just throw out and use a lot of resources to make new cardboards/boxes.... So do you have better options in this case???? Sorry my English. But I try explain. We are in the same boat no matter who we are😊.
