The year was 1984, i was 9 years old, that year i'd had a canoeing accident and nearly drowned. That night i had an hour of non stop crying, as theshock was leaving my systen. After i'd dried my eyes, i vowed to my parents "i'm going to learn to swim. By october that year i was swimming. About the same time, over here in england,we started to get "BIGFOOT" commercials for the playscool toy. It went straight to the top of my christmas list. Christmas morning with my presents open, there was no sign of bigfoot. We had breakfast, got dressed, then my dad said " look under the tree, theres another present there for you" on the label it read, "to liam, well done on learning to swim, father christmas" once the paper was off, there he was in full glory, my own BIGFOOT. Pure magic, i still have him. Thanks BOB for creating a legend👍👍👍👍👍👍🤠

Its a shame Ford go out of making big Class 7/8 trucks like the AeroMax and the L series. By far some of the best looking rigs ever.

To say this is Awesome, would not do this moment justice. This became my all time fave BIGFOOT poster, which I got from 4 Wheel n Off Road when they did the article on BF#8. it hung in my room for many a year, even thru a hitch in the U .S. Navy( Hey Bob and all BF crew that served, Thanks for your service, Shipmates) and several apts. It now lives in a frame in my garage. Cool to see the work and coordination that was put into the photo shoot. Looks like it took LOTS of maneuvering to get #5 in place. Soon, I 'll send y all the poster in the hopes I could have it signed by Bob. Jim, and any of the crew that s still with Team BIGFOOT. I do realize it s been over 30 yrs, but one can try. From a fan for life, Thanks for posting.
