Crockpot meals are not just only handy for working families, they are are very handy for people that are in all kinds of situations in life! My mom always used a crockpot growing up just for bean soup and sloppy joes and, when, I got married for the first time, first thing, I said to my mom, Was I wanted a crockpot!

Id definitely say those with chronic illnesses too. Those who have little energy to stand up and cook for a long time or those who cant stand up at the stove but can set their crockpot closer to their reach and same for them to chop veggies and such. 😊

This is the first time I’m seeing you use the parchment paper hack. Glad you’ve jumped on the bandwagon because it really is a game changer. I’ve used it for crockpot lasagne with the corn and garlic bread on top, breakfast casseroles with canned biscuits on top, etc…the possibilities are endless. 🙂

I always use powdered onion soup mix on The roast in my crockpot. Usually, I add carrots instead of corn, but, that works too. It works just as well in the oven also.😊

Julia, I made your lemon chicken pasta last night minus the pasta! Even though, that wasn’t meant to be the plan, it was just yesterday was a heavy carb day, still that sauce was quite tasty and, amazing! I definitely will be making it again!
