We are but an energy wave of highs and lows, flowing in the illusion of material world. Every low negative curve is the force to push up seeking towards the positive curve. There is no shortcuts around this in the duality world, not even for Christ or Buddha. What they were able to do is to flow through it, knowing it is something we need to understand how to navigate through. It is not a punishment. It is a gift that we see, recognize, give thanks and love to as we flow through. Love all that gives us pain, may we have no condition in our Love toward everything that is just us reflected. Love the flute, also the meditative state without much melodies very entrancing and yet acutely high. The flute I played, is sweet is as breathing and feeling your mind with oxygen and it makes you high for it's tender way of being, docile and light as the instrument itself, ordinary. Im really going through some anguish right now. Its tormenting my brain and my body and my soul. All i want is peace to escape these turbulent emotions that i am feeling at the moment. They seem to constantly come back even though i try and try to do the inner work. I cry inside because life shouldnt be this hard and challenging. How can you enjoy life when its just constant emotional anguish and you dont have a reliable support system to turn to.

I was stressin about everything in my life at the moment. But I accidentally hit this recommended video and now I feel a sense of calm. Desire and needs are putting me through a hamster wheel of discontentment. From this point foward I will adhere to meditation. Reflection and patience can help me walk more cautiously. I’ve been learning about Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha) these past few days and searching for inner peace and now that I have been removed from religious dogma I fear none. The painful past or the uncertain future matters not, what is important is my present choices. To Each and every last one of you. I know life is difficult, I know life seems impossible, and I know its not always possible to be nice. But just remember to always be kind. Kindness is sometimes giving up your seat even if your feat hurt. Kindness can be missing out on your favorite snack so a homeless person can make it another day. Kindness can be biting the bullet and watching your sister or brothers kids even though you really do not want to. Just always remember Kindness. Jesus died so we can be kind.....So we can have a true shot at being Kind...Lets start working towards that together shall we? I love you all, lets build a brighter tomorrow.
