The closet in the master looks like a department store. Fantastic space for shoes. Omg. Juliette balcony is nice. Fresh air when needed. The half bath with the individual nail accent wall unique. 1200 feet of balcony space fantastic. The widest and sturdiest spiral staircase I’ve ever seen. Rooftop speaks for itself. Stunning penthouse.

Thank you for the view. It breath taking. The terrace is very large!! The walls look very nice. I take that the Master Bedroom is a combination beautiful office and that dark brown lather sofa is a bed? Nice!! And the kitchen is very beautiful. I do like the way the pots & pans are organized. Simply gorgeous! Finally, with the view of marina and the yachts there is simply elegant. Success in having a client buy this beautiful property.

Wonderful Coconut Grove penthouse that looks like a mansion in the sky. I like the half bathroom with the beautiful nails wall, I like the marble floor I like the family room with the view, I like the master bedroom, the master bathroom. I like the walking closet and the beautiful balcony. the rooftop pool is awesome. Last I like the building design.

Great penthouse and price. One thing you should have mentioned is the other incredible building amenities including the ground level pool, spa and gardens. The architect is the world renowned Bjarke Ingles and landscape by the Raymond Jungles (locally and nationally famous in his own right). The detail and exclusivity on the property are world class and the neighborhood at your doorstep is also beautiful.

I would call that master closet a clothes room , your clothes even have a room and I love the idea of using a small bedroom maybe as a pantry that is something that I haven't considered for a room near the kitchen that's a good idea and it doesn't waste space

I will be moving to Miami when I'm done with my studies and I want to rent a 1 bedroom apartment with a decent view and balcony (I'm a sucker for balconies), so I was wondering what's the lowest floor you recommend getting a place on (obviously the higher the better but higher is also more expensive).
