So I set religion and belief aside and focus more on what I know to be true. And what I know to be true is regardless of what you call yourself you are either a good person or you are not. But just being a good person does not qualify you to be written in the Book of Life for eternity. You must accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior to be saved. Anything else aside of that will fall short of the glory of God.

Hey, I recommend starting with self-awareness and identifying negative thought patterns. Recognize when your thoughts tend to be negative and understand these patterns. Maybe keep a journal and write everything down. Then you can start with some affirmations. There is always a negative and positive side, try to focus on the positive side. I recommend writing down everything you are grateful for; it can be anything, even the smallest thing. Challenge your negative thoughts; see how your brain works. You are the owner of your brain; don't let it take control over your life. Maybe some meditation would be good too; there are many different ways to meditate, find what's best for you. I also recommend reading some books about how our brain works. I did it myself, and it helped me on my way to a better life. It all takes time, but it is so worth it. It may not help in days, and there are going to be ups and downs, but with time, there will be more ups. Hope you make it; I am with you with all my heart. I believe in you ❤@@blazostark9347

Some advise: When manifesting, I find it's better to use the present or past tense instead of the future tense! Saying "I will" implies you don't have it yet, while saying "I am" implies you already do. I feel as though affirming you already have what you desire makes it come to you quicker. So instead of saying "I will attract", say "I am attracting" or even "I have attracted"! Hope this is helpful❤️
