With the exception of growing together, I agree. I did think growing together added a lot of elements that felt necessary for gameplay but for rent, horses that all felt to me more like a game pack

@@brenb7153 SatchOnSims said that growing together is like a base game update. I disagreed at first but then I kind of agree. The infants is the biggest part of the pack. Then we have the milestons that are nice but are basically an achivement system, the family dynamic and chemistry subtly enchance relationships but are they a ground breaking features like seasons or pets is for the game? I dont know.

I think it’s crazy this game is almost 10 years old, only has one city map, and I still don’t see many people asking for another city. I’m so sick of farm land and neighborhoods, give me a run down city!

I hope we’ll get more animals, like a zoo pack or at least, parrots and real lizards. I also hope for hotel and resorts. Maybe airplanes too and cars ..

Definitely won’t get a zoo pack, they couldn’t even make a tiger for the animal sanctuary in for rent, I wouldn’t doubt getting a small animals pack since they separate everything, same thing with hotels and resorts, they’ll probably do that since they already have the mechanics in the game. I wish we would get cars, I kinda doubt it tho.

Honestly I am excited for the medieval kit to come out, but if they release this kit, that means that a royal pack is not on the table, people are really fixated on fairies, cars (whats the point for cars to exist? lmao) and hotels. But EA has made their intentions very clear: money comes first. So I very much believe that in terms of gameplay, only a royal pack would be implemented correctly, whatever else comes... it WILL BE money-grabbing with 0 gameplay and upsold as an expansion pack.

Just because there is no open world does not mean cars are not a necessity. I would love my sim to be able to use the car as a way to travel. I would also like my sim to be able to do some mechanical work and it would be super neat to have different furniture in a pack. I’m so over the shitty crafting tables that are just recycled each pack !

We had cars in the sims 2 and there was no open world and kits don't take a royal pack off the table a lot of the packs have a kit that hinted to what other packs were coming out

Since we’re getting a castle kit I think the chances of getting a royal/medieval pack are higher. After the country kitchen kit we got Cottage Living. We got little camper’s and a kid’s clothes pack and then got Growing Together

@@AKA_Studios Yeah, what use of castles, if there's no suitable CAS for it? Why don't they lump the BB and CAS in one pack? Thanks for the prediction, let's see whether the kit only or the pack would be much better. Hmm if we're getting a castle kit, i kinda want to mix Courtyard Oasis kit into Castle builds, to make it more luxurious.

What I want to see is the Worlds being re-organised. This feels unlikely because of the amount of work it might entail, but to me it would be nice if 'worlds' as they are could be clustered in to various cities and places, so there could be more of a unique identity to the living areas. It would be cool if say some jobs weren't available in some places, or paid better in one area than another, but you'd need to have a whole load of new 'worlds' made so that Henford On Bagley, Tartosa etc all had their own get to work lots, their own celebrity neighbourhoods... What I'd hope this would achieve is that it would let people have a lot more lots to build in and occupy, but also that it would enable people to have other worlds/cities run in less detail so the players on smaller machines could still enjoy a lot of expansions.

But I’ve also had many disappointments with the Sims 4 and right now my feelings towards them wavers between positive and negative. Hope the next year yields better results than this year! I have very little interest in packs right now since they already have my favs covered, pets, seasons, generations... I'm wishing tons of fixes and additions for a deeper gameplay, cars would surely be welcome in that regard, basically stuff that I feel should be base game.

The number of expansion packs were big, but the content in them not. I think that’s EA’s new way of making sims 4 content at this point.

They might have called them expansion packs, but the reality is, we recieved 3 game packs and 0 expansion packs. I'm certainly not buying as many as I used to as they're just become so much worse than they used to be, so I'm being much more selective.

Would like to see a hotel resort pack with the ability to own and run the hotel also work in the hotel as apart of operation like the desk concierge or a housekeeper….also maybe some GPs that upgrade the packs we already have…like maybe high school years adding more clubs (music ballet band etc.) and teams (basketball swimming etc.) with a lil more gameplay ….upgrade growing together EP maybe the ability to attend school or daycare with the children and or toddlers or upgrade get to work by making it possible to own a daycare or making the already babysitting career a live career…overall excited to see all the new things to come for TS4

Big year? I’m not sure it matters at this point life by you comes out this year and I think I will pretty much be done with the Sims after over 20 years of playing. Which makes me a little sad, but it is what it is. I’ve been struggling this year to actually play the game I find myself doing more creation, because the gameplay is boring even with all my mods

Really hope for fairies, more pets (I really miss the parrots and other small animals from the Sims 3), and just reworks of older packs. With Sims 5 being there, its time they just start fixing The Sims 4, instead of adding lackluster Packs. I don't mind some specific kits if they at least have something to offer. I did like some of them and well, at this point as builders you are sometimes better off getting Kits instead of most expansion packs.
