I don't fry fish anymore. I bake fish in the oven with a vegetable sauce. This is how to cook fish like in an Asian restaurant. Ingredients and preparation:
1 carp
Remove the inside and scales of the fish
Cut off the fins and tail
Make incisions on both sides of the fish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Don't forget to put the spices inside the fish

Turn the fish over and add the spices to the other side

Bake for another 20-30 minutes at 180 °C
