Today I invite you on a journey to those mysterious places realistically quite beyond our physical reach. And as we get further away from our Earth, we will be braving the most forbidding areas of space. Our flight starts in the vicinity of Titan, then we will move on to the most dangerous asteroids and a bit later take a look at Pluto.

We have found stars that by our best reckoning are older than the known Universe. So unless the age of the Universe or the age of these stars is proven wrong it puts strong evidence into the big bounce camp. The reason I say this is because all galaxies have intergalactic medium surrounding them. So unless the universe is truly infinite then some galaxy has to be last to go into the big crunch. I postulate that if this is the case and at the point of the most density you don't find any neutrons but just quarks and other quantum particles crushed so close together they are solid. There must be a point at which the repellent forces of the quarks cause an explosion sending the mass of the universe back out to begin anew.

Sure, but you're also looking back in time. For all we know the Milky Way was a quasar when it was younger. The light from some of these extreme things has travelled for billlions of years. They won't be there anymore now, if that word even has any meaning in spacetime. But you know, our now. So most likely they represent a phase in the development of early galaxies and can no longer form for whatever reason. Space is just...difficult when you consider both space and time. And you can't really understand anything in space without both. All sunlight you have ever seen is 9 minutes old. But the individual photons can be hundrreds of thousands of years old, because it is hard even for photons to make it out of the sun's core. It can take a long time.

I don't understand why this video has 300 dislikes. That is really beyond me, because I love what I watch here. It always bothers me if a space documentary all few seconds shows some scientist explaining. Here I see what I want to see, beautiful animations, just with a calm and informative voiceover and smooth background music. I want to see space animations and real pictures of space and not scientists doing some models with melons and grapes trying to explain the distances (those maybe good for beginners though) Really outstanding documentary, thanks! If I could I'd give you 300 likes, but my one big like will have to do.

@@wasd____ - No, not really. Science doesn't "assume" it's false. If there's some evidence to examine but it's inconclusive, then it remains a hypothesis. The personal beliefs of individual scientists is a separate thing.
@wasd____

@@renejean2523 "No, not really. Science doesn't "assume" it's false." It literally does. The null hypothesis (that is, the negative statement countermanding the positive hypothesis currently at question in an experiment) is assumed to be true until falsified (thus making the positive claim true instead). "If there's no evidence at all that can even be investigated, like for gods or ghosts and such, then science just has no opinion on it." Wrong. There is a perfectly valid opinion on claims with no evidence that can be investigated to support those claims: they're presumed false. "The personal beliefs of individual scientists is a separate thing." Good thing I didn't mention 'personal belief,' then. If you want to be so clear about the conceptual distinction, then likewise please don't try to muddy which one is actually being discussed.

Honesty? Are you serious? Pretty much everything discussed in this cartoon is literally science fiction. Scientism. When you find out how dedicated these “scientists” are to their religion you should be highly skeptical of their methods to say the least. If you are honest, that is. We have been taught to simply believe what they tell us. Have you ever looked into their methods of finding out the distance and ages of the luminaries we see in the sky? While watching this , did you notice how many times he made positive claims about age and distances of lights in the sky where the numbers are so ridiculously high that if it were true bot would be utterly impossible to see them . We are talking trillions and trillions of miles away. To put that in perspective, 1 trillion seconds comes out to 31,000 years. Everything that was said is a lie .

I'd assume that whatever grows and happens naturally on Earth would happen elsewhere... its mind blowing to think of the beginning of everything but it seems life can live as long as there isn't too much of one thing... we have life in salt water, too much salt and no life. We have life in super hot environments, but even too much heat and no life. Life grows it seems where there is just enough oxygen and water seems to be important... a atmosphere that blocks sun's radiation is a must. The weather can not be so extreme either... Earth seems to be very lucky, but if we came then there must be others... the most mind blowing is how did intelligent life come from bacteria? And when did the stage of life start? Were chickens eggs then hatched? Which came first? The baby or the adult? That is what is so hard to wrap your mind around.

@@spin-cthrowshands5553 egg came first. to me :) cos i presume it was bacterial life in a coral shell or something initially. tho for sure, how it turned into a chicken is wierd.. also we believe in evolution buit ive never seen evidence of any species changing into another species ie a cat was always a cat, it wasnt a lizard before being a cat, it was a cat that evolved into a modern cat

Excellent English, amazing accent. I noticed only one error: SHaron instead of Karon for Charon, Pluto's companion, a name from Greek mythology for the ferryman of the underworld bringing the souls of the dead to Pluto's (Hades') realm. CH in Greek vocabulary and names is always pronounce as K in English, e.g. CHaracter, CHaos, CHorus etc.

1:04:07 I agree with this theory more than with other theories. Life is not a one way lane but instead of cycle. Death of something is a birth of another. These processes occur at every level of existence. We can even see this in the nature itself. For example when a lion eats an antelope, that antelope doesn't just disappear but becomes the part of that lion. And when lion dies, it ends up becoming a fertilizer for grass which antelope eats. And this cycle goes on until it reaches a point where both of them go extinct and replaced by other animals which will continue a similar cycle. So even if something happens to this universe, I'm sure something else will take it's place and continue the cycle again and again. Does that make sense? :)🤔🤔🤔
@ayaterrahmanehassib4502
@ayaterrahmanehassib4502 2 роки тому
And what caused the first cycle ever before it became a repetitive cycle? We cant wrap our heads over that.. How can a cycle cause itself or cause anything at all when it's not there yet? If there is a cause to that first cycle, a begining, then according to the laws of nature, it must have an end. Like all cycles have a begining and an end. In other words, if there is a first cycle, then there is a last cycle. That said, whatever that caused the first cycle, is what will end the last cycle, after an unknown number of cycles. And that is on of the definitions of God. The First and the Last.

Lol the way the section in this video about the most dangerous asteroid ended, giving us the disclaimer there are always unforseen possible worse dangers; and the way the section on Pluto began, had me thinking that Pluto was that possible danger at first. I was all excited and ready to get into how that little guy could and would end us. Haha Spoiler alert: Pluto doesn't kill us in the Pluto section of the video.
