A KFC employee showed me this chicken leg trick! Crispy legs in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
9 chicken legs.
Soy sauce 30 ml.
Instant coffee 5 g.
black pepper 5 g.
dried thyme.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 tsp honey.
Vegetable oil 20 ml.
mix well.
Paprika 10 g.
mix well.
Add marinade.
mix well.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Potatoes 9 pcs.
smoked bacon 500 g.
2 carrots.
Salt.
Herbs of Provence.
Garlic powder.
Olive oil 30 ml.
mix well.
place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
Sauce:
3 spoons of sour cream.

Dill.
Soy sauce.
