The green coffeebeens are white chokolate with matcha tea and the chokolate in the square is a typical ganage made from melted chokolate with doublecream, but very special is, that everything is made by hand, even the tempering of the chokolate and the chokolatier is an real artist 💝

Probably sanitation but also could be to keep the counter top warm so the chocolate didn’t harden from the cold stone worktop as he put the chocolate directly onto the counter top

Maybe it's just because I'm an American, but pea-green chocolate isn't appetizing. I find many Asian food colors strange. I think it's culture. I'm sure it tastes good.

its matcha (powdered green tea). tastes delicious in chocolate. slightly bitter so its a contrast to the sweetness. probably a bit sophisticated for Americans though!
