I've been a chef for 30yrs, , firstly the end product looks awesome and I would love to try everything in this place, but I don't understand a few things. The waste from the bell peppers is too much the only waste from ggem should be the seeds and stalk. You used the same chopping board and knife to cut up raw and cooked product , the biggest mistake happened when you made the pizza with raw prawns, you handled raw seafood you can see that you have raw prawn juice on your gloves because they are wet, you then went and added toppings ontop pf the pizza . You just cross contaminated all of tye pizza toppings , you need to remove the gloves after touching raw product,

many foods are treated differently in other countries, its quite probable that theres no danger in cross contaminating these foods. many of those worries in america for instance are directly because of the chemicals and treatment the mass produced foods get in their creation and delivery

@@teitonii I'm from the UK and we do have high food and hygiene standards , when at cooking school, its the first thing your taught. Theres a bacteria in prawns called Vibrio (or Vibrio vulnificus) its a marine bacterium, found in sea creatures. It makes humans sick with an illness called vibriosis. You can get infected with this germ by eating raw or uncooked seafood. When ingested, Vibrio bacteria can cause watery diarrhea, often accompanied by abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, fever, and chills. Usually these symptoms occur within 24 hours of ingestion and last about 3 days. Severe illness is rare and typically occurs in people with a weakened immune system.. not only that but there are some who's allergic to prawns . So handling food after touching prawns can really make people sick, it only takes seconds to remove a pair of gloves and put new ones on

@@ksw5844 크게 한 판 만들면 될 것을 작게 만드려면 더 큰 수고가 필요합니다 그런 걸 따지고 보면 그다지 비싼 편은 아니라고 생각해요 혼자 먹어야 하는데 두 배 가까이 되는 돈을 내고 피자를 남길 바엔 가격도 덜 나가고 한 번 먹기 딱 좋은 크기의 피자가 필요한 사람들도 있을 테니까요

기본피자말고 뭔 토핑 올라간것들은 가격이 30~50%비쌈 기본말고는 가성비좋다고는 못 느끼겠음. 도우는 개인차지만 여기꺼는 그냥 빵같아서 맛있긴한데. 피자도우랑은 많이 다름.

Love it! I've never seen that shape but it gives the benefit of deep dish/detroit style crust over more area. That packaging is fantastic, high quality, love it!

Been in the food service industry for nearly 25 years & one of the cleanest, most spotless kitchens I've ever seen. The pizzas 🍕 look amazingly DELICIOUS!! A pizza with that many loaded toppings & even that size would easily be $12+, depending on location. Even the larger cities would be closer to the $18+. VERY IMPRESSIVE FOOD
