That most heartbreaking scene i have watched for a while now is Ai Hoshino saying _I LOVE YOU_ to her kids without a sense or hint of lie behind it, that truly stuck within Aqua and Ruby till this day

Why does he have to "Decide" to support the Idol and "promise" her for a healthy delivery, as if he was cheated on or didnt support the idol's decisions of just having a baby despite having no connection with the Idol when he's just some Doctor. I dont know if this Recap is just rewording things weirdly or the facts of Japan's Idol industry/culture is so bad that it falls into the degeneracy tier of where an Idol is "everybody's".

12:00 This was a rought scene the first time I saw it. Ai and Aqua (who was a former doctor) both knew that Ai was going to bleed out. So it was heart tearing to hear Ai's final words, she knew that the words in the media didn't matter anymore. Ai was finally able to tell her kids, with all defences down, that she loved them both, before passing away with a smile on her face. I really would love a season 2 if they get a green light for it.

It might just be that I have a different mindset, but I can never understand how people can grow so obsessed with celebrities to the point of feeling betrayed when said celebs get a family. It's one of the reasons why I've tried to avoid the whole idol genre, because the fans legit scare me. To obsess over a person you don't know to such a point that you make them a big part of your life. And even when I've watched performances, music videos and interviews, I just don't understand what's so special about them that people feel so attached to the point of harming them. What makes idols different from other celebrities for people to go so far for them?

It made me cry. How crazy for a fan to kill her. Crazier that people don't sympathize with her death. It deserves revenge.

Even with this just being a recap, the scene of Ai's death was absolutely heartbreaking. The whole scene was beautiful and heart-rending at the same time. It was a total tonal twist seeing Ai die when we thought she was the protagonist alongside Ruby and Aqua. But now she's gone, ripped away as her life faded away righted before her children that she truly loved. And that scene truly broke me, the stars left her eyes as the artstyle changed to a less colorful one. If only we could see more of her, it really hurts to see the star she is, and those in her eyes, fade away as her life fades right in front of Ruby and Aqua. And now, all that is left is revenge. It won't bring Ai back, unless the impossible time travel route is how the story ends, but it will be some consolation knowing her death was avenged and that she truly loved Ruby and Aqua, the only things she truly loved. I may only cry for only the most extremes of grief or pain, but my heart felt like it was crushed seeing her die. She will be deeply missed, even if almost everyone in the anime won't. Rest in peace Ai, for your beloved children will see to it that your killer will be brought to justice and your death will be avenged. This has got to be the best anime of the year, it was not lile every other slice of life anime, it was just so amazing yet so heartbreaking. 10/10 is still not accurate enough to describe how great and legendary this anime is. This is definitely a top ten anime of the year, if not the whole decade.
