This video is totally real. I was on this flight. I got bumped into economy and a kid was kicking my seat the entire time. They ran out of the chicken entreé and I had to pay my own money for the vegetarian one. Worst of all, I wasted $40 on the in-flight internet that totally didn't work. I've been trying to get my money back for years now.
