Absolutely! All we have is our present moment, Be who we want to be NOW, and staying consistent.

I don't have many friends, I can barely count them on one hand, and online I might have few people who check on me regularly, but there are some type of people that I'd like to be friends with and love to keep, however I can't find them, this channel kind of made me feel like I'm listening to a friend I yearn to have some intellectual conversations with and hear what he has to say.. Great perspective. I always had this repetitive pattern were I tell myself to not do something but break my promise , I get tired because of how undisciplined I'm . Now I'm gonna try to focus on the moment that I'm in like my life depends on it .

Sharing your thoughts & perspective is extremely soothing especially when it’s an accumulation of thoughts of others from the past, books you read, your observations and possibly your ability to listen to others.
