We are a series of choices that we are making with every single passing moment. Some with intention, some with pure innate intuition. These may be unknown to our conscious minds but are so deeply influenced by our values, beliefs & our aspirations for the future we seek. Hence, in every moment we are presented with a fair choice of making better choices, until the wiser choosing becomes an effortless nature. Videos like these prove to be such powerful influences for presenting us with ideas to be making those ‘better’ choices upon. ❤

Hi 👋 I wanted to thank you a lot, you've helped me with my constant anxiety. I would run from situations and people, lie on my resume and in interviews, make up extra details telling a story to impress a potential partner, etc. It never dawned on me that this is unnatural. I always thought I was a straightforward person. In reality my actions didn't reflect this at all. This video and your explanation of the quote, brought me tremendous clarity and comfort, to know that all it takes is acting like my ideal self in this present moment and that every other point in time contributes nothing but unnecessary agony to my mind.
