It was really funny because after the event Adele said to me " you recognised me backstage, didn't you? you kept looking at me" and I said "NOOO...I just thought you were VILE" She laughed soo hard. I love the warmth of this video. A group of people who truly love her work. (It's also a verb, as in "I stan this person so hard"-to promote, aggrandize.) It's been almost entirely stripped of its more nefarious implications, although the term does still connote a type of fanaticism that exceeds social norms.

I've watched this so many times. Adele is such a positive, heartwarming spirit. The reaction she gave the Adele impersonators, who truly gave it all they have, was such a positive and uplifting reaction. Adele is truly an icon.

This video gets more entertaining the more I watch it. The first woman's reaction is so amusing because she knew immediately but the woman next to her kept saying "No, it's not her". She was in disbelief until Adele kicks off the shoes and then she finally realized it was her.

3:39 This girl actually has great skills. You can see in her eyes, that she knew from "Jenny's" first two sung words that she is Adele. You can not fool her skills. She instantly heared , that this is no "nice" voice, but it is the original Adele.

Yes, she acted as though she was genuinely surprised! This was obviously staged and they all knew from the beginning that undercover Adele was among them. The whole conversation from the start is scripted and acted. But still very enjoyable!

Briguy1027, you're trying to make it seem like sound is so much more important while showing off that you just revealed something so meaningful. But you can tell it's her because she used her real voice, whereas she was different from her real looks. Audio illusions exist too ya know. (Think yanny and laurel)
