“Life is a struggle and the potential for failure is ever present, but those who live in fear of failure, or hardship, or embarrassment will never achieve their potential. Without pushing your limits, without occasionally sliding down the rope headfirst, without daring greatly, you will never know what is truly possible in your life.”

I am a Marine and always will be. Listening to the Admiral took me back to Parris Island where the training tested me to the limit and they tried punishing me to test my mettle to see if I had it to be a combat trained Marine. I couldn't do things right at first and they made me do it over and over until I succeeded and got it. After 3 months of terrible mental and physical training I graduated as a Marine. It was the greatest and proudest day of my life and I am still a Marine at age 85.

My husband was a marine and a Navajo. He was proud of all his family that served. My family also represented the best they could be in the Army,Navy and Marines. My dad joined at 17. He felt ashamed that he was home and his brothers were serving overseas. My Grandfather had signed for him to go. I miss him so much. The National Anthem makes me cry every time I hear it. I am so proud of the strong men in my family, and my friends, who also served this country. I love you daddy.

I'm a short guy (5'7"). Not the most physically imposing guy in the world by any means. Used to be really self-conscious about it into my early 20s and probably had a chip on my shoulder about it. Joined the military (Air Force) in a special operations job, and yes we had the bell there. Passed through that somehow and as I was going through I realized the shortest guys had an easier (but not easy) time with the PT. Not sure of the reason, but shorter guys consistently outperformed the taller ones. Later left the military and became a police officer. As one of the shortest guys in the dept., I found its not necessarily your size that commands respect from people, but how you carry yourself and your demeanor in stressful situations. Some may judge you up front as the little guy and write you off or test you a little more, but in my experience you can win their respect within five minutes by just being professional, calm, and respectful. The scariest people I've ever met, in both my police and military work, were shorter guys. Some even shorter than me! Moral is, don't get hung up on your height. It may affect first impressions a little with new people, but its your attitude and demeanor that wins hearts and minds, and after awhile - if you carry yourself right and treat others well - they wont see you as the little guy anymore. And you will stop thinking of yourself that way too.

@@stephensloniker1761 I'm 5"9, I used to feel unworthy, due to my height. But I was a very simple minded individual back then. It's great to see people who overcome social norms. It reminds me we are all humans and we all have our flaws, but don't let that undermine who you are as a human being. Also don't let your flaws suppress you, I've seen people who become angry with everyone else when everyone else has nothing to do with who they are. They justify their actions by blaming something they created in their own mind.

@Lakers Forever what are you talking about? Being president of the US is one of the most stressful, demanding and physically aging jobs one can serve, Trump didn't even take a salary his first year in office and these liberal socialists still complain he didn't pay enough taxes! Joe Biden has got to be one of the most racist candidates since the 1800s, saying things like, warning against the "bus riders" program, that it would "turn their schools into jungles" mixing black & White kids... Recently many POC have come to realize how Biden and many Dems, are now and have been, using black people to advance their own agenda, using lies and manipulation through accusations of racism on anyone who opposes their party, or now days, just disagrees with part of there idolatry. They continuously make unachievable promises while pretending to care deeply for and claiming that it's they alone who want to help POC, attempting to create the illusion that they are the friends of, and greatly needed by minorities, and so, falsely seeming the obvious best and only option worth supporting! 😳🤔

Jennifer lampretch to our boy Killian, current events had led to my conclusion of unknown intelligence agencies collusion in government affairs. Plans to utilize geographic projection of god like will to power, spearheading prophecy as a means of last ditch attempt at government expansionism, Ethier religious, or "National socialist" to flow the water of the state with long unused complexes. The question of the shadow of nationalism apply? Furthermore creation of a demagogue would be established and the organ of the collective psyche smiting any opposing foe. (Complex's are the psychological equivalent of vegetative biological systems ) Possible relatives of royal, masionic, security affairs may currently be involved from the great white north, down to the deep south in Grand strategy's of U.S. cultural domination across much of Nato and the U.N even as far as to say utilizing the new collective consciousness for U.S military deployment into China and possibly Europe marching in on the beat of demagogue. Sleeper cells lay dorment among select families of security related social institutions Fabricated by specifically triggering emotional ques of the "self preservative function" , even so far as creation of new unheard-of unconscious complex's, Hence traumatic advents of violence is utilized in changing behaviour of the sleeper, challenging natural instincts and the sleepers immediate actions. All stages of infant and adolescent trauma programs and adapts action, in recall cases borderline or psychotic tendencies are prevalent. ( big for Jennifer lampretchs satanic ritual abuse ) In cases of extreme early preadolescent trauma, satanic ritual abuse , alien abduction is reported by sleepers and patients. The sleepers possess cardinal traits established to provide accurate results in attaining goals. Mobilization of sleepers is enacted through the use of crude graffiti to be communicated commands for other agents or actors in national or religious state control. Affecting sleepers lives. Mythology and prophecy can be used in cultural and military service doctrine , although complicated to implement, the individual who plays this drum " must be unaware " , awakening to his role ruins authentic behaviour. The long drawn out process allows for unconscious actors to play pianist of the public's inferior function. Once the unconscious actors are in position in the public domain , "the god like will to power" is enacted amongst the populous, it's impact flood long since dormant volcano of cultural complex's across Europe, Russia and China striking the fear of God into the hearts of combatants. These threats of Unite States religious " will to power supremacy" , "global projection "and agents aka actors unconscious "pianist of the demagogue", in the form of an all encompassing "savoir ", is not just isolated to team A or B and split both down the middle. Urgency in addressing, Senate committees and cabinet board of trustees. Remember the Pheonix the publics revolution is the godfathers strength, the four richest families who lurch in the background. Don't be afraid of failure, because failure can turn to success if you persist and commit to your goal. Be grateful for what you have now and be ready for what is coming. Life is not fair or easy but the satisfaction of overcoming harsh times is greater than any drug

@@kkevus You are not getting my meaning, people need discipline , but never coming from external authority. It is very hard to convey this, as the world is so confuse nowadays. Things will be done , but at what cost? The COST matters..... The Cost of the future can't be paid by losing our "souls", and I am not being religious now, I am speaking from my heart. It is not the "discipline" that matters, it is WHOSE authority you are going to accept. It is WHOSE authority are you going to accept. Chose damn well. Remember that unless we do something quick and NOW, chipping is going to begin even this year . Allegedly for the benefit of the whole society,. Open well your eyes and see . I don't like symbols, I don't draw conclusions from symbols, unless the actions confirm what people say by their symbols. Are you going to folllow some Admiral , wanting to take authority because he talks so well. People need to learn Peace. Only with heart filled with Peace a good war can be fought. Only after conquered all you sorrows and doubts and fears , can you engage in wars. Or any effort. Building society A war needs to be fought , our war over our greed , over our sorrow, over our ungratefulness ( we receive so many gifts everyday). Then you can discipline. Only then can you "see" clearly what needs to be done. Build a world together , under the sky. Not under machines , never under the hypnosis of a SPEAKER . We had that, seen that , we should learn from the past. Hitler , Mussolini , they spoke well. Mobs entered in extasis . What happened next?
@Warriordunedain
@Warriordunedain 3 роки тому
@@kkevus If there is no happiness , first you need to learn happiness, contentment, cooperation, to forgive yourself, learn gratitude, learn to be human, learn understanding, learn compassion , learn we are all a great community , not equals, but with common interests. Every person matters, is a brother. No understanding, brings no true focus. No focus, no realization. Empty bags. Automation. "Robots" ( you probably know, but I will remind you, "robot", comes from the Russian verb , rabot , meaning "work". Work is not more important than pleasure, the pleasure of being alive is essential for gratitude, or the feeling of gratitude will just be theoretical , and just an idea)

“The Antichrist will not be so called; otherwise he would have no followers. He will not wear red tights, nor vomit sulphur, nor carry a trident nor wave an arrowed tail as Mephistopheles in Faust. This masquerade has helped the Devil convince men that he does not exist. When no man recognizes, the more power he exercises. God has defined Himself as ‘I am Who am,’ and the Devil as ‘I am who am not.’ Nowhere in Sacred Scripture do we find warrant for the popular myth of the Devil as a buffoon who is dressed like the first ‘red.’ Rather is he described as an angel fallen from heaven, as ‘the Prince of this world,’ whose business it is to tell us that there is no other world. His logic is simple: if there is no heaven there is no hell; if there is no hell, then there is no sin; if there is no sin, then there is no judge, and if there is no judgment then evil is good and good is evil. But above all these descriptions, Our Lord tells us that he will be so much like Himself that he would deceive even the elect-and certainly no devil ever seen in picture books could deceive even the elect. How will he come in this new age to win followers to his religion? The pre-Communist Russian belief is that he will come disguised as the Great Humanitarian; he will talk peace, prosperity and plenty not as means to lead us to God, but as ends in themselves. . . The third temptation in which Satan asked Christ to adore him and all the kingdoms of the world would be His, will become the temptation to have a new religion without a Cross, a liturgy without a world to come, a religion to destroy a religion, or a politics which is a religion-one that renders unto Caesar even the things that are God’s. In the midst of all his seeming love for humanity and his glib talk of freedom and equality, he will have one great secret which he will tell to no one: he will not believe in God. Because his religion will be brotherhood without the fatherhood of God, he will deceive even the elect. He will set up a counterchurch which will be the ape of the Church, because he, the Devil, is the ape of God. It will have all the notes and characteristics of the Church, but in reverse and emptied of its divine content. It will be a mystical body of the Antichrist that will in all externals resemble the mystical body of Christ.” -Archbishop Fulton Sheen

There are countless like him that get up everyday and do their duty, first because it IS THEIR DUTY, and second because it is what they truly believe in, sadly the rioters & looters, those that would tear down any shred of history, have no respect for them. They at the very least scream horrible profanities at them, at the worst they throw chunks of broken concrete at them or swing clubs & bats at them, and even thru all of that the countless honorable & duty bound men & women do their utmost to remain calm & restrained in their responses. Not all are or were decorated SEALs, some might be a guardsman serving his country while getting a hand with college, a Fireman, a Paramedic, or the lowly Beat Cop, the one that when I was growing up parents used to teach their kids to respect, and to whom they told their kids to go if they were lost, hurt, or in trouble. What happened to that time? Are there bad apples in any of those groups, of course there are, because there are bad PEOPLE, and all those groups are made up of PEOPLE. Does that make the groups bad, when some miniscule number of them cross the line? On any given day, in my current profession, I interact with a half dozen to several dozen in some of those groups, and in terms from another life, "I would be proud go beyond the wire, or thru a door either in front of or behind any of them if the situation required it".

David L If the President Obama was 1/876th of Trump, we might not be losing almost 20 veterans a day to suicide because of how unappreciated they felt... Trump is FAR from perfect and certainly isn’t politically correct, BUT, he certainly didn’t become president to get rich, in fact there are numerous reports that suggest he is worth about 2 Billion dollars LESS than before he became President. How many other Politicians can we say did that? Don’t you wonder how and why most Politicians weren’t rich then got into politics and became millionaires? President Obama did more to divide this country long before Trump got in... Unfortunately when we see brainwashed kids tearing down statues of people that did good things for them, and hating the Police based on false narratives, you realize how good of a job the left did to destroy America from within . So congrats on shooting the pilot of the plane you’re on....

I'm afraid it's too little too late. Parents failed this generation through attendance medals and participation certificates, focussing on feelings rather than competence. The result is lost young men, void of moral fibre and shameful of their masculinity, and confused young women, vain and corrupted by feminism to hate femininity. If all the media can be believed, the groundswell of destructive socialism will devour all that we built. Eventually the pendulum will swing back, but do we have to loose at least another 100 million people, like we did in the 20th century, to ideologues? Regression in the name of liberalism.
