@Sicmvndus the excersises that AJ did well on were ones based on weight. Planks and push/press ups are easier for lighter people. And for the most part heavy people can lift more than light people

@Sicmvndus that's just a stupid argument lol. There's a reason so many calisthenics people are smaller and skinnier than people that do weightlifting. When you're bigger you gas so much faster than someone that's smaller due to the gases produced
