Can you please report about the issue with the AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) in connection with an iPhone XS /Max, where you cannot take calls. It is a widespread problem and is a software problem that has been present since several iOs versions.

Is anyone else having issues with conversation boost? Ever since iOS 17 conversation boost is broken for me, it works until it randomly switches to noise cancellation, making it useless…

My airpods pro 1 and 2 both, git exponentially worse after a few updates. ANC, call audio quality and spatial features became practically useless after certain time.

I called Apple Support and they said they have an active case on the conversation boost bug, hopefully they will fix it soon! Their rumored hearing aide mode for iOS 18 will be useless without it! Thanks for replying!

Somehow after the last upgrade, I notice the ANC performance of my AirPod Pro 2 has degraded and it’s not as good as I got it at the first time. Not sure what Apple did with the upgrade but they messed with the ANC features.

I've never been able to get a proper ear fit to satisfy the Settings app with my AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd gen USB variant). But I find the Small size tips are the only ones that keep the AirPods from falling out of my ears (although any quick movements of my head will cause them to fall out). Overall I love my AirPods Pro 2 but I think the absolute GOAT AirPods are the Max (best noise cancellation, zero ear fatigue, and obviously they don't fall out because they're over the ear).

When i speak via the microphone from the earbuds, people say that my voice sounds muffled. Any idea as to why that happens, and how can i fix it?

I dropped one of my buds in butter! Could one microphone or both be damaged? I now always have the microphone be taken from the non-damaged bud. Both luckily still play audio and do noise cancelling just fine.

On the AirPods Pro 2 you can swipe up and down on the force sensor on the stem to change volume!

@@LexySavvides OK so they added that feature recently on the latest model it seems. I’ve always complained that they charge all this money for these premium AirPods and you can’t even adjust the volume … but I guess I can’t say that anymore. Thank you!

No transparency option or conversation boost available, live listen is also greyed out?
