Aisling and Alex watching the jelly slide down the pole is one of my favorite laugh out loud moments from this show. It's things that like that make this show so special. The crew knowing to hold the camera on that moment because the results will be hilarious.

100% One of my other fave highlights from the show that I found unexpectedly hilarious was when Romesh just launched the watermelon on the floor. Like Rom, I also over estimated how strong a watermelon was 😂😂

It's so good. It's funny, absurd, defensive, yet vulnerable in that it shows a bit of her psyche. She totally didn't feel comfortable cuddling with Alex. It's just brilliant.

People haven't really answered the question, have they? :) To get to the point, it's his style of comedy, it's a sort of mix between deadpan and just a little awkward. His friend Tim Key actually helps come up with some of the tasks and usually tries to come up with stuff that would break Alex, like it's highly likely the "special hug" task was a Tim Key idea, because Alex actually really hates personal contact. So staying calm/deadpan is part of his act for the task part of the show, and he can be more relaxed during the studio shoots.

Question, I *love* these compilations and I'm glad the channel's doing them, but I do feel like we don't need the intro sequences before each task or the chit chat with other contestants? Not because I don't love the other contestants, of course, but this is an Aisling Bea compilation video, and it seems like we could fit more task clips within this 10-12 minute video by shaving those parts off...
