In the 2019-2020 season, Ovechkin scored 48. Because of Covid, 12 matches were not played then. And there are only 2 goals left to score before 50... He would have slaughtered them. He was unlucky... now it would be 10 seasons with 50+ goals!

@@mr.arturian7416 PLUS he notched 51 in 79 games in '12-'13 but that didn't count because of the lockout. Easily 11.

@@hatrickane It matters. First, I wanna know he is good for the goals if I'm drafting him in fantasy and second, he isn't getting empty netters if the team don't perform. So those are goals depending on the team.
