Mac Allister is already auditioning in 3 consecutive matches for his future club. He made ManU and Brighton drop precious points in the top 4 race. Next will be Newcastle. The rest is up to Klopp and his players.

Tbf we don't play with a player like that,a no10,whose out of possession and pressing game isn't the strongest,something very important for Klopp,and something that is the reason for our defensive problems. If we go for someone from Brighton, Caisedo is most likely the best pick,fantastc presser,the gini replacement we have been gravely missing since he left without us replacing him,and he is only 20 years old...

He's not a no.10, even tho he can play there, he's a left midfielder, he's used to taking the ball and protecting it, dribbling and releasing the ball on attack, he can also play fast paced football like he demonstrated with Argentina, he's quick and the whole ''protecting the ball'' shoulnd't make you think he's a slow player, not at all, he's pretty fast

Klopp obviously wants technically good players who are also tenacious. Caicedo is obviously super aggressive but he’s not a technical good player who can fill multiple roles

bruh MacAllister is a good presser of the ball if not the best plus his qualities on the ball are on another level. Remember we are a possesion based team so we need this kind of player. we just have to compliment him with Ugarte who is second to none in his defensive contributions

This guy will improve us to the bone like what. People are saying he is slow and can't run, I look at them and laugh because he does run but with a purpose. For his height, his speed is very okay and what he does on the ball when he break plays opens up attack like no other. Just happy liverpool have finally gotten some ambition to challenge. We now need two more midfielders because I know mac Allister will be deployed more advanced because he is a goal threat also. Probably on the left central midfield role where Curtis plays now. He can also play onnthe right but I think we will utilize his more advanced. As for other signings I am confident we get a central defensive midfiled that slots into fabinhos role. This is well needed given fans overall performance last season and hopefully he gets up to perk this new campaign. The point is we need a reliable and consistent person in there. Thiago is and on of player and injury prone as things look , also has one more year on contract so I see him leaving liverpool. We also need another body because its going to be a long varied season and we need to have players shooting on all cylinders.

He is the midfielder Liverpool haven't had in years. Gini very good with his ball retention ability. Thaigo naturally gifted passer. Mac the best of both worlds. He can spot a pass, has good ball retention and will suit Liverpool style of play. Hopefully less emphasis will be placed on the likes of Arnold and Robbo down the wing. Mac will provide a threat from the centre something we've lacked since Gerrard days. I'm hopefully that we could mount title shot this season especially if we can get he midfield partner Caicedo. Fabinho, Hendo have been poor throughout the season. When you put a right back in midfield to enhance the midfield what does it tell you about the midfielders? They ain't good enough. Alisson Trent, VVD, Konate, Robbo Mac, Caicedo?, Jones Salah, Gakpo, Diaz/Jota Bench Matip - good rotation Gomez - back up Hendo - poor season for captain Fabinho - need competition, poor season Thaigo - needs to remain injury free Stefan - develop more from Thaigo Elliott - change position to play Salah role, too lightweight for CM Fabio - needs to mature more, has coutinho like potential. Nunez - he needs to prove to LFC To sum up, we need perhaps one more upcoming defender and one more defensive midfield, even Declan rice.

You are right on the money with your analysis. I think we need two more midfilders because the ones we got now are either older and can't run proficiently in midfield or aren't consistent enough. We also have thr likes of harvey, stephan, Curtis. This are all potential but they need to mature faster and become more productive. If we can add two more midfielders, defensive were fabinho plays[would love manu kone/caicedo) physical and another agile midfielders that can break play and progress play to attackers. Most times our midfielders are not creative enough and always opt to pass the ball backwards always. So if we can get that we should be good in midfield. Mind you we need at least one right back and central fullback to compete with both kanite and van dyke. Really important and also an attacker because we would be loosing salah in the January to the AFCON tournament so we need a proven striker that can also push him for competition. He also has one more year left so I think its about time we start thinking about life without salah. If we can get competition and consistency back in the club we could push city and maybe win the premier league!
