I seen a UFO twice in the same year. End of last year while star gazing. It was so far out there, it wasn't near earth. I the took out my phone and looked up what star system was near. Of course, the Orion constellation but it wasn't travelling directly towards it. It was travelling so fast and made turns I couldn't imagine going at top speeds like that. I have never witnessed anything yet star gazing since. I tend to look up at the stars for about an HR our so every other night if I'm up late/early morning, way before the sun even rises. So far, no luck and not sure if I will ever see something like that again...

There are so many start systems, galaxies, nebula's, stars (Sun's) in our part of the universe alone. I’ve seen or sensed things/entities/people while having sleep paralysis, and none have been “aliens.” But there was an incident as a kid when I sensed three species of aliens (including human) that entered my room. Initially, I thought it was my mom entering my room, so I wasn’t afraid. But once I figured out what was going on, my fear paralyzed me, rather than being paralyzed for no reason, like I am during sleep paralysis. I’m open to writing off the experience to be psychological, but what catches me is the fact I sensed different aliens races and large male humans that appeared military. Only years later did I learn that others say there are different species and one human looking race and/or covert human military interaction with aliens. And that the small greys are the “workers,” and they seemed in my experience. So, I couldn’t have used my reservoir of past exposure to imagine such a thing. (These things acted a lot different than civil Star Trek entities.) They left when they sensed I was too afraid (I was truly on the edge of a heart attack).

I suffer from sleep paralysis and I have woken up from Rem sleep I was in the middle of a dream about my mom who passes away in 1996 while I was still a teen so of course I woke up reaching out for her or looking for her, I have never seen aliens. I just mentioned in my comment that I have a scar that I found just recently, and can't explain it. But, as I also mentioned, I'm a gardener - and it's easy to get ripped by a thorn bush during pruning, clearing or planting. I tend not to go running indoors to dress every scratch and scrape like some people - or my entire day would be wasted in the nurse's office. Instead, I just dismiss it and carry on (especially if I'm planting trees, which I enjoy more than anything else). I've cut myself gardening plenty of times and actually left blood on plants rather than go and see to it. As I'm also not one to go pampering myself very much - as other women do - so it would be easy for me to overlook a scrape, unless it continued to bleed profusely through my clothes. Just think how many professions other than gardening where people are likely to be too busy or enthusiastic to attend to every silly scratch, or simply get used to bearing numerous bumps and bruises - farmers, road-workers, quarrymen, miners, builders, sailors, riggers, stuntmen, racers... That is the first time I've been able to categorise myself with stuntmen :D We have to be realistic about these things. Scars can be missed if you're distracted enough by something else - work being the main distraction.

I don't think so. Some of them, maybe. There are too many 'abductions' that happen when people are not sleeping at all. The best you can say is: something is happening to these people and so far we don't know what it is. Don't dismiss it with that one possible explanation that is available.
