Did this meditation this morning. Started sobbing when I got to the third chakra. Could feel my cells vibrating. I suffered from sexual abuse and bullying as a child and have always suffered from poor self esteem. I will listen to this regularly to fully heal myself 🙏🏼❤️

I listened to this for 40 mins and every single bad thing I felt about myself vanished completely. This really helps getting more in tune with your inner self and the deivine feminine in yourself

I tend to store negative emotions in my body rather than feel them out. So then I either get suddenly sick or my body has aches and pains.. so now I'm healing my body by healing my emotions❤❤❤

I haven’t been feeling well and I’ve been sleeping horribly. But I slept through the entire night and I woke up feeling refreshed.

I sat facing my window, in the middle of my floor and let the sun wash over me as I listened. With each chakra I saw the colours behind my eyelids, I noticed when it got to my heart chakra it turned green. Utterly amazed and thankful, wishing everyone reading this blessings and love Asè’oooo

I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I’m out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best

Following up on yesterday's comment, I just discovered something powerful: If I listen to this through headphones and hum in time with the hum embedded in the music, I find that the music and my own voice seem to merge as one within my head. This immediately prompted all of my chakras to start spinning so fast, to the point that I can feel them tingling. Others may find this similarly helpful....

I started this meditation and could not stop. I had laundry to do and shopping but I stopped everything and focused on this meditation. It felt a little scary to me at first, but I truly believe that my spirit guides are with me, They have manifested themselves. They said hello to me. I am happy to say that I am opening myself up.

I fell asleep while listening to this, and dreamt I was talking to a friend. I apologized to that friend for making so many mistakes. They told me "It's okay, you don't need to perform for me." No idea why her english seemed so broken, but I believe it meant that I don't have to function for others and I don't live to entertain. The same thing goes for you.

When instead of sleeping you have a spiritual awakening. Darn

Just started listening to this every morning and it is fully aligning me and making me feel whole. It really resonates with me.
