Actress Alethea McGrath Has Sadly Become One With The Force And Passed Away. I Decided To Upload Her Scenes In Honour Of Our Favourite Jedi Chief Librarian, Even If She Doesn't Believe In Kamino Haha.
I Uploaded Her Scene In Attack Of The Clones And Extended It With Her Deleted Scene Where She Explains Count Dooku. I Also Added Her Character Scenes From The Clone Wars Series Because I's Based On Her Appearance.
I Was Going To Add Her Death At The Hands Of The Newly Formed Darth Vader From The Revenge Of The Sith Game But It Didn't Feel Right, Considering Her Passing So I'm Just Showing The Character's More Positive Moments.

in the books she had an apprentice who was gone for the entire time that the clone wars were being fought her student fell to the dark side of the force and became an inquisitor. he was to ambitious for his own good so to keep him under control the emperor kept him aboard a prototype warship

I don't think Anakin/ Darth Vader killed her. She didn't die ' on screen' and Darth Vader was conflicted enough that he destroyed the list of children and hid the truth from the emperor.
